Jessie Chang is constantly in touch with the outside world.She has to take many business trips and travels abroad almost twice a month.
“I spend so much time on planes.They call me the ‘flying women’”,she said.
Jessie,in her 40s,has been the CEO of Aigo music.It’s a leading IT company and music downloading website.She is trying to turn Aigo into an international broad.
“My job is all about making Aigo bigger and better known,” she said,” This is at the heart of everything I do.”
As CEO,she has to make the most important decisions-like making the company internationally successful.

“There’s no teacher or textbook to tell you what to do,” she said,“You have to rely on your personal insights,abilities,and sometimes inspirations.
