• Initiate Complaint (OFI) process and monitor success to eliminate root cause

• Manage inventory in local warehouses
• Coordinate communication with customer,sales,manufacturing,warehousing,freight forwarders,and thirds party logistics
• Work with individual Sales Managers to improve the accuracy of sales forecasts and monitor progress monthly
• Key daily activities :Develop & document work procedures

•Assist HR manager for the recruitment,selection,appraisal,benefits &rewards
•Assist HR manager to deal with the dispute
•Updates and provides feedback to management on staff issues & concerns so as to resolve any potential problems a.s.a.p.
