I asked Mr.Sharp,a friend of mine,what happened that night.He said he has just got into bed at about half past eleven before he felt the floor shaking under him.The bed was also shaking.He got out of bad and went look out of the window.He saw the houses on the another side of the street shaking,either.Then he knew that what was happening.Earthquake!Quickly he took his clothes and run out into the street.“Hadn’t the TV said there might have an earthquake?”I asked.“Well,I had learnt anything about it,and I hadn’t given it much thought,”he replied.
