1.I guess it is a very complex socail phenomenon and we should not judge if it indicates progress or degeneration.For each single case,the answer may be different.But yes,a high growth rate may indicate that people tend to be more fickle.
2.It also depends on what kind of lesson a teacher is teaching.A lesson such as Chinese traditional custom and Chinese traditional education may need a teacher who is able to show us how teachers gave lessons in ancient China.But for most of the classes,I guess a guide on the side may be better so that teachers could do their best to inspiring the students rather than just telling them what to do.
3.In cyber classrooms,students could not meet the teachers and other students directly.So I guess they may be braver to talk about some sensive subjects.While on the other hand,traditional classrooms may provide the experience of taking part in.
4.I don't quite agree with this idea.For now,no matter how much the internet service or tech developed,virtual environment could not take the place of realtime class.Students need to get together and communicate with each other face to face.Language is a tool for communication.Now,we have so much online chatting and dating out of class,let's give some room for face to face meeting.
