Freedom Writers is the latest in a long line movies of white teacher going to ghetto to save gangbangers.Like so many in this genre of movies,this one is based on a true story.Teachers take different tactics to save their sutudents in their classes in this kind of movies,but 23-year-old Erin Gruwell’s approach is surely one of the most unique.
