These days,there is an increasing number of people who hold the opinion that,with the development of globalization,people will much more stressful than in the past.work stressful,life stressful,study stressful--all kinds of stressful we got it.more and more people since stressful became depress.They will upset face all things.In my opinion,we will have to solve this program if this case continue.
First,we would like to adjust our mood and use open and clear attitude to face problem.We always maintain optimistic.
Second,we should not have too high require foe myself.simple is pretty good.Simple life,simple require might make you relax and happy .
Nowdays,many people higher seek for substance,they do not stop shopping and became money's slave.so they have to got a lot of stressful for money who live under stressful.
Last but not least,spender for spare time for us and enjoy there spare time.Travel,sport,reading,party,a lot of method make me feel comfortable,relax and so fun.Our should take a little time to smell the flowers.you have to understand,good at relax as good at work.as a matter of fact,if we spend some time approach nature and better for working.
All in all,enjoy life and optimistic attitude will make us decrease stressful and happy.
