 现在，越来越多的大学允许学生自由的选择一些课程的老师，他们认为这样才能调动学生学习的主动性和积极性。  学生选择老师要考虑的主要因素是：  1.老师要青春、阳光、富有活力，才能和饿学生很好的交流，而不会出现代沟。让学生喜欢所选的课程，真正的学到知识；  2.作为老师要有渊博的知识，但不能古板。才能给学生更多的知识，吸引学生的目光，让他们产生追求知识和探索知识的欲望；  3.可能还有一些其他的原因。  学生选择老师的的益处：  1.能够合理的安排时间，学习更多的知识；  2.能够调动学生的积极性。  学生选择老师出现的问题：  1.太自由化，让老师处于被动，不利于老师的统一授课；  2.学生自己不能全面把握好知识，使得知识面太狭窄。Now, a growing number of universities to allow students the freedom to choose some courses of the teacher, they believe that students learn in order to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm.Students choose the teachers of the main factors to consider are:1. 2) Students will probably be more active in learning with the teachers they like.
4. Possible problems in choosing students' own teachers.
1) It might be a big challenge for teachers. Some teachers might have very few students.
