说实话打字不好解释.
1.A 如果把定语从句变成独立的句子就是we spent those days together in the country.这里用that 就可以了.
2.B 同样变成独立的句子就是we worked together in the country IN those days.注意到了吗?前面多了介词in才是完整的句子不是吗?这里的when相当于in which .
不知道你懂了没有.要注意两题的区别（介词的有无）,给你补充一下：
定语从句中的关系代词：that which
关系副词：when where why what
当which前有介词时就相当于关系副词,所以选择合适的关系副词就可以了.
其实初三定语从句貌似讲的不深,这在高一会重点讲的.（我上高二了,这些已经很熟练了,加油哦!）
