今天中午我帮妈妈做饭.
I helped my mother do （the) cooking this noon.
1.能不能用this noon.有this 了,前面就不用加介词了吧?
2.the 这里要不要加?感觉要加 好像是固定用法?
3.noon / night 前面如加 介词是那个介词,是at 还是其他介词?
要不要 在 介词 后面 再 加一个 the?

如果是the的话,一天的早上中午晚上这些,都要在前面加介词in
