作业帮关于as引导定语从句的问题

关于as引导定语从句的问题
句子是：Until such time as mankind has the sense to lower its population to the point where the planet can prove a comfortable support for all,people will have to accept more "unnatural food".
不是求翻译,是求分析一下某部分的句子结构.因为time之前有such这个关键词,所以as引导的是定语从句吧?但为什么在定语从句中我找不到as所作的句子成分?(不是主宾表)
