我刚才谷歌了一下什么时候用现在完成时然后解释是这样的：We use the Present Perfect to say that an action happened at an unspecified time before now.
大概的意思是我们用现在完成时是为了表达一件事情发生了但是不知道准确的时间.
然后我们知道一个男孩读了某文字三次但是没有说具体是什么时候（这句子没有说是两分钟以前还是两个小时以前）.
再问： 那个had 是 has 。我打错
再答： =-=after reading...和committed都是过去了的啊
