关于宾语从句连接词that省略的问题
网上关于宾语从句不可省略连接词的几种情况里提到,当that作learn,suggest,explain,agree,wonder,prove,mean,state,feel,hold等动词的宾语时,that不可以省略.但是在一本英语书中我看到这样一句话：suggest 意为“表明,显示”,可接that 引导的宾语从句,that 可省略.例如：All the evidence suggests(that) he stole the money.所有的证据都表明是他偷了钱.为什么这里that就可以省略了?当suggest作为主句的谓语动词时,连接词that究竟可不可以省略?

be agreed (that…)It was agreed (that) we should hold another meeting. --不是宾语从句了,it 是形式主语. 代替了that 引导的从句.
learn (that)…We were very surprised to learn (that) she had got married again.
从字典中的例句可以得知:" learn,suggest,explain,agree,wonder,prove,mean,state,feel,hold等动词的宾语时,that不可以省略." 这句话是错误的.
没听说过这条规则,that 引导宾语从句,在非正式问题,口语中,that 可以省略, 不受谓语动词限制.
