In addition to the Olympic logo,the five mascots were announced in November,2005.The fish "beibei",the panda "jingjing",the Olympic flame "huanhuan",the Tibetan antelope "yingying" and the swallow "nini" respectively stands for prosperity,blessing of happiness,enthusiasm,energy and good luck.When you put their names together-Bei Jing Huan Ying Ni-they say"Welcome to Beijing,"offering a warm invitation that reflects the mission of the five young ambassadors of the Olympic Games.
