I just saw the news about terrible A/HIN1 cases on the television and that caused so many school closed to prevent the innocent students be affected from the expreading H1N1 virus.
I'writting this e-mail to see how are you doing? Hope you are not affected by such bad disease.
In addition, I think that you'd better do the following things:
1. Please do not wander around the crowed area,
2. Keep your hands clean and make sure the windows in your home are open so that the air can be exchanged.
3. Take the nutritious food as much as you can, such as fruit and vegetables, drink more water than you usually do.
4. Keep exercises.
If you do according to the advices I listed above, then I'm sure that you will be healthy, not to be affected from H1N1.
