本文介绍了用plc控制技术实现的邮件分拣系统 .分析了邮件处理自动化的实现方法和工艺流程,对设计邮件自动化设备有一定的参考价值.利用plc内部的指令实现邮件系统的处理技术,无需硬件的额外投资即可明显提高邮件分拣效率.
随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步.邮件行业得到空前的发展.邮政通信网的技术含量不断增加,技术装备水平也在不断提高.邮件处理已实现机械化,并且朝着自动化的方向迈进.其中,利用机器自动分拣邮件是一个重要的课题.
国内的研究工作起源20世纪70年代中期.20多年来,科技人员不断跟踪国际分拣技术的发展状况,推陈出新.截止1998年底,全国共有106套邮件自动分拣设备投入运行.供货厂家有国家邮政局上海研究所、德国SIEMENS公司、日本NEC公司.其中理分合一邮件处理系统是国家邮政局上海研究所1998年完成的重大科研成果,它不是简单地将理信机和OVCS分拣机拼成一台设备,而是一台读取图像,完成理信和分拣,且具有语音提示、格口显示、分层停机、标签制作等功能,处理效率为32000件/b.该机的研制成功标志着我国邮件分拣设备的制造技术已达到国际先进水平.
