Quality education in China has implemented a few years, access to certain benefits, education sector's favour, but also receive Community support, but at present, many schools in implementing quality education mistakes. In the face of exam-oriented education to quality education in transition, the ideological transformation, action later, hand-Shen-call in response to higher education reform in a new bottle, these are seriously hindered the development of quality education in China. This paper analyses the causes of these problems, identify the rationalization measures to promote the sound development of quality education.
