本文初步考察了诱发1997年—1998年亚洲金融危机的基本成因,同时也简单地讨论了金融危机的发生发展、主要特征和金融危机后对亚洲经济以及世界经济的重大及深远影响.本文认为这次发生在亚洲的金融危机,所反映的不仅仅是亚洲的金融体系,以至是整个世界金融体系存在着严重的缺陷和问题,因而这次发生在亚洲的金融危机可以很快地波及到全世界的金融与经济发展.的确,这次金融危机暴露出很多现行金融与经济体系中存在的问题,如银行坏债、债款数额庞大以及借贷关系复杂性的负面影响、泡沫经济效应、宏观调控吃力、企业缺乏资金而运营困难等等,这些都需要及时和有效地甚至是有针对性地给出解决的对策和建立可操作的预案.但是,实质上导致这次亚洲金融危机的深层诱因是环球金融系统本身于经济运作模式在发展中的诸多不协调关系,因此,全面地分析研究现代金融危机的各种问题、开发并建立不同层次的金融危机防控体系势在必行,其中现代金融工程理论和技术的研究与开发势为先导
