【摘要】:自1983年中国第一家超市在北京开业以来,超市这种经营模式在中国已有29年的历史了,从最初的无人问津到如今的门庭若市,超市已走过了一段快速发展的历程.如今,国际百强企业强力冲击中国市场,超市经营模式也越来越多元化,越来越国际化.本文从沈阳北京华联太原街店的经营状况入手,分析其利弊,指出国有超市发展的不足之处.本文分如下几个部分,首先,对国内外超市发展的历史、现状及连锁经营模式进行介绍.其次,对沈阳北京华联超市太原街店经营状况进行了分析.第三,指出北京华联超市太原街店的经营存在的问题,包括﹕管理模式落后﹑人力资源分布不均﹑购物环境不佳﹑设备老化﹑宣传手段单一及安全措施缺乏.最后,针对存在的问题提出改进的措施,具体包括:良好的管理制度和准确的人员分配是超市经营的基础、购物环境的改善和设备的更新换代给人新的感觉、优化进货渠道和提高宣传手段更能吸引顾客﹑安全和防损措施的加强,本文注重理论联系实际,每一个问题的发现都具有事实依据,具有较强的可操作性,希望通过本文的描述,能对超市经营有些许帮助.

There have been twenty-nine years for supermarket as a business model in China since the first supermarket is opened in Beijing 1983. From previous downturn to current prosperity, supermarket endures a rapid development. Nowadays, with the fierce competition in China market induced by top 100 enterprises in the world, the business model of supermarket has become more and more widely and internationally. In this paper, the situation of store in Taiyuan street,Beijing Hualian, Shenyang is taken as an example, the advantage and disadvantage are analyzed and the deficiency of national supermarket is also pointed out.
Several different parts in this paper are listed as following: first, the history, current situation, and chain business model of domestic and foreign supermarkets are introduced. Second, analysis about store in Taiyuan street,Beijing Hualian, Shenyang is done. Third, some problems such as out-molded management strategy, uneven distribution of human resource, poor shopping environment, aging equipment, monotonous method to conduct propaganda, and lack of measures to keep safe are highlighted. Finally, some improvements including to strengthen reasonable management strategy and accurate distribution of human resource as the basis of supermarket, update the shopping environment and equipment, optimize the branches to import goods and improve the method to conduct propaganda to attract more consumers and increase the safe and preventable measures. This paper integrates the theory and practice and every problem is based on the real evidence which makes the suggestion in this paper is easy to operate. Hopefully, the business of supermarket can be improved by means of the information provided in this paper.
