这种动词形式有,状语中的非谓语动词,如题为条件状语,其动词主要形式有

to see这是不定式的非谓语动词做状语,有两种可能的意思：
1.表目的 to see from the top of the TV tower 译为为了从TV tower 往下看,你将发现咋样咋样的,逻辑上错误
