随着年龄的增长,我爱看书的欲望越来越强烈了,书简直成了我生活中的一部分.离开了书,就犹如花草离开了水和阳光一样.鲁迅先生曾经说过：“我把别人喝咖啡的时间都用在了工作上.”因此,我也有了自己的一句：“我把自己洗脚的时间用在看书上.”每次洗脚的时候,父母都说我动作慢,其实他们并不知道其中的奥秘——我在看书.
我看书时,感情经常是起起伏伏：当我看到悲惨的故事时,眼泪就会在眼眶里打转；看到英雄人物的故事时,便会暗中佩服；看到快乐有趣的故事,我也会情不自禁地笑出来,不之情的人还会以为我是神精病.可见,我爱看书已达到了如痴如狂的程度了.
我喜欢看里面的动物世界,我知道很多关于动物的知识,比如青蛙,我知道它既可以在水中生活,也可以在陆地上生活.它主要捕食农业害虫,每只青蛙每天大约要吃60多只害虫,是庄稼的忠实保卫者,是农民伯伯的好帮手,所以我们要保护好青蛙.
从小时候起,我就和书结下了不解之缘,从漫游书海中尝到了不少快乐与甜头.记得我刚上小学一年级时,我就闹着妈妈给我买幼儿读物.此后,我每次一做完作业,便起幼儿读物看了起来.依靠拼音当拐杖,读了一本又本书.后来,我发现自己的拼音速度越来越快,越来越熟练.书看得多,懂得的字自然也多,在第一次考试时,题目里的许多字大家不理解,造成了错误,而我书看得多,那些字我都懂,所以考了满分.那时,我是多么快乐呀!受到了老师的称赞,赢得了同学们羡慕的目光,我心里美滋滋的.
由于我爱看书,增长了许多知识,我的阅读能力也提高了.在语文考试时,我常常拿了高分.自从我看了书以后,我的写作水平也大大提高了,在语文课上,老师常拿我的作文当范文念给大家听,听着自己的作文,我心里乐滋滋的.
