为什么选C不选B呢?这样不就前后时态不平衡了吗?
这不是对现在的虚拟用过去式吗?

首先你这几个题目问的都很有质量,这些都是虚拟语气中的难点.你给的分也太对不住了吧?请认真看,才能对住我这么耐心的解答.
1.题中如果没有yesterday,是对现在的虚拟,但是有了yesterday,就是对过去的虚拟了.
这里要注意前后的时态是不平衡的,这是虚拟语气的一种特殊形式——错综虚拟语气,即从句和主句的时态不一致.这种虚拟句式常用于强调.如If you had prepared the test well,you would not get such a result now."如果你当时好好准备考试,结果就不是现在这样了.”从句是对过去的虚拟,用had prepared 主句是对现在的虚拟,强调现在,用would not get.你的这个问题和这个有点类似,主句是对现在的虚拟,从句强调过去,是对过去的虚拟.
第二道题是对过去的虚拟,“如果我们能早十分钟到,我们就能赶上班车.”这都是对过去的虚拟,所以应该选D
第三道和第四道题考查的是后面跟虚拟语气的动词,这一类动词有 insist,demand,require,order,suggest等,这一类动词后面跟that从句时（that一般不能省略）,表达建议,命令,要求等意思；后面的从句为虚拟语气,从句中动词用原形.因此,第三题选C,第四题C
