All the service Contract Start Date within 6 months after the 1st upgrade or new installation successfully installed
Must start the billing of all the above service within 6 months after the 1st upgrade or new installation successfully installed
Notwithstanding anything else herein,all liablity of Wharf T&T and its suppliers/licensors under this agreement or otherwise shall be limited to the money paid to Wharf T&T under this agreement during the six (6) months period
preceding the event or circumstances giving rise to such liability.This limitation of liability is cumulative and not per incident.
Cancellation:Any cancellation is subjected to twenty (20%) percent charges of the ordered amount.
