The scholar of our country will be especially dealt with and regarded as the sign which will define the financial crisis because the financial situation will be unusual. The financial crisis has characteristics such as accumulating nature, reproducing, sudden, loss,etc.. The reason the financial crisis takes place to the company includes company's inherent factor and external economy environment. This text, through summarizing the concept, characteristic of the financial crisis and forming the reason, know it in order to take precautions against the financial crisis, should set up and improve the early warning system of financial affairs of the listed company of our country.
