3. PACKING: To be packed in strong wooden case(s) or in carton(s), suitable for long distance ocean/parcel post/air freight transportation and to change of climate, well protected against moisture and shocks.
The sellers shall be liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing
and for any rust attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the Sellers in regard to the
packing.
One full set of service and operation instructions concerned shall be enclosed in the case(s)
4. SHIPPING MARK: The Sellers shall mark on each package with fadeless paint the package number, gross weight, net weight, measurement and the wordings: "KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE" "HANDLE WITH CARE", "THIS SIDE UP" etc. and the shipping mark: Beijing Cocinm CN07061501
5. TIME OF SHIPMENT: 1 MONTH AFTER RECEPTION OF THE DOWN PAMENT
6. PORT OF SHIPMENT: MAIN PORT OF GERMANY
7. PORT OF DESTINATION: BEIJING AIRPORT
8. INSURANCE: For FOB or CFR Terms to be covered by the Buyers from shipment; For CIF Terms, to be covered by the Sellers from shipment.
9. PAYMENT: 100% T/T AS DOWN PAYMENT
10. DOCUMENTS:
(1) In case of sea freight:
3(three) Original clean on board ocean bills of lading, marked "Freight to Collect"/"Freight Prepaid", Contract number and Shipping marks made out to order blank endorsed notifying China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation at the port of destination.
In case of air-freight:
One copy of airway bill marked "Freight to Collect"/"Freight Prepaid". Contract number and shipping marks, and consigned to the China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation at the airport of destination notifying the Buyers.
In case of air-freight:
One copy of air parcel post receipt addressed to the Buyers.
(1) Invoice in 3 copies indicating contract number and shipping mark(in case of more than one shipping mark, the invoice shall be issued separately), made out in details as per the relative contract.
(2) Packing list in 3 copies issued by the Seller.
(3) Copy of fax to the Buyers advising particulars of shipment immediately after shipment is made.
(4) For CIF Terms. One original and two copies of Insurance Policy.
In addition, the Sellers shall, within 21 days after shipment, send by airmail two extra sets of the aforesaid documents (except item 4) one set directly to the Buyers and one set directly to the China National Foreign Trade Transportation corporation at the port of destination.
