meanwhile 的用法和与while的区别?
meanwhile 表示并列连接,通常含有递进的意思,等于中文的“与此同时“
while 表示转折,有对比的含义,等于中文的“却“
但是转折和对比的含义并不太强烈.
举个例子就明白了.
he is a good husband,meanwhile he is also a good father
他是一个好丈夫,同时也是一个好父亲
he is a good husband while not a good father
他是一个好丈夫,却不是一个好父亲.
