Phase 3 - Implementation
This phase details the processes by which the unit or microwave (MW) link is Delivery Accepted,Installed,Commissioned and Integrated.This process will also detail the process of taking each site,each unit and each MW link to the point of Ready For Acceptance (RFA).
Phase Inputs
The prerequisites for Implementation Phase are:
IS13.1 Main Equipment on Site
In addition,the Telecom Implementation Manager has to ensure that all subcontractors / staff are trained prior to the start of the Implementation Phase and make sure that all site documentation generated during this phase is delivered to the project library’s site folder.
The Telecom Implementation Manager will work with the Project Logistics Manager to ensure equipment deliveries are correct and are made on time.The Project Logistics Manager must also work with the appropriate project-defined Order Management interfaces to ensure a smooth equipment delivery process.

ACTIVITIES
Implementation Team must check and acknowledge the delivery of the equipment mentioned in the “Inputs section” here above and ensure that the equipment delivered correspond to the packing list,before claiming the IS Main Equipment on Site in the project management system.
The Implementation Team has the responsibility to check the correctness of the delivery (right items and/or nothing missing) and the good state of the equipment (nothing broken or damaged).Then they have to report all these information to the Logistic Coordinator (LC) and to the Project Manager (PM).
In case of any defect,the IS13.1 cannot be claimed until the problem as been solved and correct goods delivered properly.
DELIVERABLES (OUTPUTS)
Inchstone will be marked as completed in the project management system when:
Packing list signed sent back to LC and PM and stored in the project library - site folder
