The ship manufacturing is one of the important factors that embody a country's economic development and technical strength.With the development of the time,as well as the improvement of the science and technology,the importance of the present shipbuilding management draws more and more attention in the modern shipbuilding technology.Based on some shipyard's construction processes,the paper analyzes the optimization problem towards the place brought by the present hull sections.The hull block storage area dispatching system is a multi-tasking one,whose period is pretty long and is of considerable nondeterminacy.Besides,starting from strengthening the process control,the paper makes an analysis to the typical structure,putting forward a series of workable techniques to improve the use factor of the rolled steel,as well as the princeples and methods of the excess material management.
