写一篇多于200词的英语作文,题为“Should People be Forced to Retire at a Certain Age?”

It is argued frequently that if people should be forced to retire at a certain age and different opinions have backed up the two sides.
It is said that if people can have their own choice of when are they going to retire,they may want to retire as late as possible so that they can earn more money even though they may no longer be physically healthy for staying in the workforce.This would cause the work efficiency being lowered and another major problem is that it may lead to higher unemployment as graduates may then find it more difficult to look for jobs if there are less job vacancies available in the labour market.
However if people are forced to retire at a certain age,it may have negative effects if the worker or employee is still very efficient and can do his/her job very well even though his/her age is quite high it doesn't mean that he/she is not fit for the job anymore.Also senior workers tend to be more efficient compared to new graduates as they have more experiences in solving the same problem compared to new graduates who only learn their theories from books and lectures.The another problem is,who should come out with the age that he/she think people should be forced to retire?
