所以建议真接用

如果‘I’是代表公司作出授权的人
可以改为
I,on behalf of ***,hereby authorize Mr.YYY,holder of passport number
ZZZZ,as its representative to discuss the matters concerning Recycling
Material in ***.
而authorizes 改为 authorize
authorized 是过去时
在这里宜用’现在时‘
如果采用
*** hereby authorizes的结构
as the representative of ***
便可以省略至 its representative
