10.4 This Agreement may not be terminated or modified otherwise than by an instrument in writing signed by both parties.
10.5 A waiver by either party on any occasion of any part of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver by that party of any other part on any other occasion.
10.6 If any of the provisions of this Agreement becomes invalid,illegal or unenforceable in any respects under any law,the validity,legality and enforceability of the remaining
provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
10.7 Except as required by law or for the purpose of the performance of this Agreement,no party shall make any announcement or otherwise make publicly available any statement or release
concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated by it without prior written approval of the other party.This clause survives the termination of this Agreement.
10.8 Except as required by a court or competent public authority or for the purpose of the performance of this Agreement,no party shall divulge to any person or entity any information disclosed under or in connection with this Agreement which disclosure would be
harmful to the disclosing party or which the disclosing party keeps secret.This clause survives the termination of this Agreement.
11.1 The arbitration shall take place in Malaysia.
11.2 With respect to the arbitration procedure the Rules of Arbitration and Conciliation of the International Chamber of Commerce,Paris,shall apply.
This Agreement has been executed in two original counterparts
In Selangor - Malaysia on the day and the year first written above.

10.4 无双方书面签署的（同意终止的）正式文件,本合同不得终止或者修改.
10.5 一方在特定情况下对本合同的部分内容自动弃权,并不意味着此方在其他情况下或者对合同其他部分弃权.
10.6 如果合同的某些条款在某些法律情况下无效、非法或者不可行,不影响也不削弱其他条款的有效性、合法性和可行性.
10.7 除法律要求或者出于履行本合约的目的外,任何不方不得在对方事先未提供书面同意的情况下,就与合同内容及相关交易有关事项的评论或者消息发表声明或向公众泄漏.
10.8 除法院或公共当局要求或者出于履行本合约的目的外,任何一方不得向任何个人和实体泄漏此合约未公开的会给泄漏方带来不利影响的信息或与此合约相关联的信息,也不得泄漏此方有义务保密的内容.此条款有效期到合约终止.
11.1 合约仲裁地为马来西亚.
11.2 巴黎国际商会仲裁与调节规则适用于此合约的仲裁程序.
自上述签署日期起,此合约在马来西亚雪兰莪州对最初签署合约的双方生效.
