为什么要填who ,which不可以么?

1、根据意思来填.译为“这个男孩必须多读这是英语老师给的一条建议”.若选 does ,则忽略了老师要求男孩子的强烈语气.（楼上几位仁兄误解了,不能那样子解释.因为 suggestion 虽然是主语,但是它不是动词,如果某人建议做某事,即“建议”作动词,这时候可用虚拟语气,但这里并不是作动词啊!）
2、It is easy 后面要紧跟 to do ,是固定句型,不能加 doing .
3、这是一个定语从句,sister 是先行词,指人的时候可以用 that 或 who,而which 没有这个用法,which 是指物或事,不能指人.但也不能用 that,因为前面有个介词 from ,that 很特殊,前面不能加介词.
