If no settlement can be reached the case in dispute shall then be submitted for arbitration to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission(CIETAC)in according with its rukes and procedures in effect at the time of applying for arbitration.The venue is in Beijing.The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.The arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party unless oherwise awarded.
