1.first,you should take exerces regularly,such as joging, swimming ,play ball games and so on. second, you should have a good habit of eating ,you had better have more vegetables and milk .
2.my idol is jay zhou .he is so successful in pop music.i think his success owes to his hard work and his gift.
3.yes,sometimes, when i feel stressful ,i will talk to my friends.
4.first,i think i shoud make myself looked more cormfortable ,then i think i should speak fluent.last,i shoud be confident
